About me

I am Caroline Frandsen. I have spent more than 20 years inside international tech organisations, including Nokia, IBM, Maersk, Danske Bank and NNIT.

As Head of Global PMO at NNIT I reported directly to the CEO, handled stakeholders and conflicts at VP and CxO level, led leaders, and built departments from the ground up. I know what it looks like when programmes succeed, and what it costs when they drift.

I am a certified business coach, a toolset I use daily for stakeholder management and team leadership, and I am currently completing an Executive MBA. What you get is not theory from a book. It is method tested in real organisations.
